customers can be rather irritating..
served a lady who posted a lame comments: yoo muz be new here. so enthu in ur work. she gave a sarcastic smile lah. idiotic piece of shit..cant she cc dat im giving her customer service.
arghh' pissed me off...

work was kinda stressed today coz sales wasnt good and my manager targeted tat each staff need to hit $82 per/hr for each customer but...e peeps seemed to try more than they try. ok wadever! typical s'porean huh.
chill, i shall juz tolerate all dese nonsence while i can. yes tat's e way!
